Acceptable Use Policy

These platform rules define what merchants may and may not do with Strada Suite storefronts.

This storefront records documented commerce activity. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing instructions, prescription fulfillment, or payment evasion.

Prohibited Uses

  • - Medical diagnosis, treatment, dosing, protocol generation, or prescribing workflows.
  • - False, misleading, or unsupported health, disease, treatment, or performance claims.
  • - Payment processor evasion, miscoding, descriptor manipulation, or product misrepresentation.
  • - Illegal marketplace activity, controlled-substance sales, or fulfillment outside applicable law.
  • - Use of another merchant's licenses, payment accounts, lab reports, product records, or identity.
  • - Uploading COAs, lab reports, policies, or product documents that are false, altered, or not connected to the listed product or lot.
  • - Customer communications that hide material product, payment, refund, shipping, or compliance information.

Merchant Requirements

  • - Keep product listings accurate and documentation-oriented.
  • - Maintain current policies, disclaimers, and support contact information.
  • - Use only approved payment providers and invoice workflows.
  • - Attach accurate COAs and lot records when making verification information public.
  • - Review compliance flags before publishing or promoting products.
  • - Maintain lawful shipping, refund, tax, and customer communication practices.
