These terms describe the baseline rules for using Strada Suite as a regulated-commerce platform.
Core Terms
Platform Role
Strada Suite provides storefront, order, documentation, verification, and merchant operations software. Strada does not manufacture, test, prescribe, recommend, diagnose, treat, or fulfill regulated products.
Merchant Responsibility
Merchants are responsible for their products, business licenses, product classifications, public claims, customer communications, payment-provider approvals, shipping practices, refunds, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
No Medical or Professional Advice
The platform is not a medical, pharmacy, telehealth, legal, tax, or regulatory advisory service. Content shown through Strada is for commerce operations, documentation, and verification workflows only.
Payments
Merchants must use payment providers and invoice workflows they are authorized to use. Strada may help route orders to a configured provider, but merchants may not use Strada to misrepresent products, hide prohibited activity, or evade processor rules.
Compliance Guardrails
Strada may provide claim scanning, launch checklists, audit logs, and verification tooling. These tools reduce operational risk but do not guarantee legal compliance or replace merchant review.
Suspension
Strada may suspend or remove stores, listings, checkout access, or tenant accounts that appear to violate platform rules, law, provider requirements, or safety expectations.
